Peggy Joyce (Riley) Reichard

Peggy Joyce Reichard (Riley) daughter of Charles and Esther Mae Riley (Mullikin) passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 29, 2022, after a brief illness. She was predeceased by her husband Robert C. Reichard on April 23, 2011. 

She is survived by a daughter, Mary Ann Pontello wife of Jeffrey Pontello of Finleyville, PA, a son Robert E. and his wife Linda of National City, Michigan and a daughter Tracie L. Bradley wife of Timothy Bradley, Lancaster, PA.  She has 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She is survived by a sister Mary Lou Smith of Springfield, Missouri.  She was preceded in death by a  brother, Charles Riley of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and a sister, Mickey Welch of Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Early in her career she was an LPN at St, Joseph Hospital. She also worked at AMP in Mount Joy for 32 years as a lead  parts inspector. Peggy loved doing crafts of all kinds, working with beads and jewelry, putting puzzles together and crosswords. She was an excellent seamstress. Peggy enjoyed spending time coloring and enjoying her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  

Services will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022. A viewing will be held from 9:30-10:30 with services to follow. Burial will be at Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens.
