PAUL K. BRANDT

Paul K. Brandt, 61, of Elizabethtown, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2013 at home surrounded by his family.

He was born on October 28, 1951 to the late Paul and Esther (Coble) Brandt.

Paul was a graduate of Elizabethtown High School and a United States Army National Guard Veteran.

He was retired from M&M Mars and also worked at Manheim Auto Auction.

He was a member of Ludwig United Methodist Church of Bainbridge, the Elizabethtown American Legion, Elizabethtown VFW and the Elizabethtown Loyal Order of the Moose.

Paul was an avid hunter, he enjoyed fishing and attending his grandchildren’s sporting events.

Surviving are his wife Marie L. (Hudzick) Brandt, his son Michael G. Smith and his fiancé Sheena Rubright of Elizabethtown, his three daughters Andrea M. Michener and her husband Stephen of Elizabethtown, Marlana E. Brandt and her companion Stephen Shayter of Elizabethtown, Stacy M. Frey and her husband Casey of Elizabethtown, his sister Ilene Florschutz and her husband Bob of Elizabethtown, his five grandchildren Austin Liskey, Kamren Bell, Isaiah Shayter, Addison Michener, and Ella Smith. He was preceded in death by his daughter Veronica Marie Brandt.

Memorial services will be held at 11am on Thursday, October 3, 2013 in the Miller-Sekely Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. of Elizabethtown. Burial will be in Mount Tunnel Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10am until 11am on Thursday in the funeral home.
