Laurie Louise (Jones) Hauser

Laurie Louise Hauser, 64, of Palmyra,  passed away peacefully at the Carolyn Croxton Sloane Hospice Residence on July 15, 2022. She was born on June 28, 1958 in Brookings, SD to June (Moberg) Jones and the late Myrl Jones. She is survived by her husband, Neal Hauser. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her two children; Natalie Routhier and husband, Derek, and David Hauser and wife Meaghan. Also surviving are four grandchildren; Emma Routhier, Jack Routhier, Will Routhier, and Michael Hauser, as well as many beloved extended family members.

Laurie lived her life as a reflection of her faith in Jesus Christ as her personal Savior. Her life was a steadfast testimony to Him. She devoted her life to caring for others - constantly putting others before herself, looking for any way that she could serve them. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

She worked at Milton Hershey School as a houseparent for 29 years. She was a “mother” to so many people.
