Judy Ann (Baldwin) Oakley, 69, of Hershey, passed away with family by her side on Wednesday, January 9, 2019. Born Sunday, March 20, 1949 to the late Elwood and Margaret (Zeiders) Baldwin.

Judy was a true caregiver and loving person but most importantly she was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.

She is survived by her 2 sons: Donald R. and Robert J., Jr. and wife Deborah A. Oakley; a granddaughter, Kami J. Ryder and husband Justin A.; sister, Audrey L. Baldwin; brothers, Larry J. and Hugh D. Baldwin; nieces and nephews; Jessica Baldwin, Joshua Baldwin and wife Stephanie, Jonathan Baldwin and wife Danielle, and Vanessa Carroll and husband Bob. She is predeceased by her grandson Lee. R. Umbenhauer.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
