Obituary
John R. Kohr, Jr., 80, of Palmyra, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at the Hershey Medical Center. He was born Friday, December 11, 1942 to the late John R. Kohr, Sr., and Dorothy (Good) Kohr. He is survived by his loving wife, Linda K. (Mchugh) Kohr.
In John’s spare time he enjoyed watching Nascar or Hockey, he also had a passion for woodworking and traveling, especially trips to Maine. More than anything John was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughters: Jane Baldo and husband A.J., and Debbie Kohr; step-daughter, Tara Keppler; grandchildren, several; siblings, William Kohr and wife Susan, and Rebecca Jones and husband Kim; nieces, three; and nephews, two.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 20th, 2023 at 1 PM at the Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078. A time of visitation will be held from noon until the start of the service. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
