She was preceded in death by her son Michael Seltzer and her husband of 65 years, Harvey Jack Seltzer.

Ginny Shepherd was born on February 6, 1921 in Rome, Georgia to Essie and Dallas Shepherd. She was the second oldest of six children. Ginny was one of the first volunteers when the Hershey Medical Center opened and was a Red Cross volunteer for many years.

Ginny loved life, her children and her grandchildren. An avid gardener, she also took great joy in traveling, dancing, and shopping.
