Deborah Cowan Obituary

Deborah Eileen Cowan, 68, of Middletown passed away on Friday October 27, 2023. She was born September 15, 1955, to the late Lloyd H. & Mary Eileen (O’brien) Davis.

After graduating high school, Debbie spent most of her time raising her daughters, then eventually becoming a co/owner of Cowan Construction Inc. In her free time, she enjoyed motorcycle trips, vacations, and Ubering Penn State Harrisburg students with whom she built friendships. You could catch her hanging out with her friends playing cards or Yahtzee but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughters: Denise R. Mial and Crystal E. Melton; grandchildren: Cameron, Tristan, Taylor, Kennedi, Dailah, Isabel, Carleigh and Matti; grandpup: Hendricks. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 30 plus years, David G. Cowan; sisters: Sharon Galinac and Susan Radle; grandcat: Larz.
