Chester R. Halley Jr.

Chester R. Halley Jr., 72, of Elizabethtown, PA passed away Saturday June 3, 2023, surrounded by his family. Born May 30, 1951, he was the son of the late Chester R. & Marie (Valeri) Halley. 

After graduating from Brentwood High School, he spent most of his working career as a District Manager for several companies.  He also went on to be an Assistant and Store Manager at several K-Mart locations.  He completed his working career at R.R. Donnelley & Sons. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time with his family, deep sea fishing, going to concerts and spending time at Ship Bottom beach. He will be remembered and greatly missed for his fun-loving, caring and kind soul.

He is survived by his children: Jessica Halley, Jason Halley (Melissa) and Dean Halley (Alexis); grandchildren: Anthony, Kaydence, Nolyn Delia, Lennon, Christopher, Jonathan, Joseph and Timothy; siblings: Angela Merendino and Alison Flickinger. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 44 years, Mrs. Margaret E. Halley and his Mother and Father.

On Friday June 16, 2023, there will be a visitation at Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home. 130 N Market Street Elizabethtown, PA. Starting at 2:00 PM with a memorial service to celebrate Chester & Margaret’s lives to follow at 3:00 PM.
