Bernadine "Bernie" V. (Faith) Glosser

Bernadine “Bernie” V. (Faith) Glosser, 82, of Elizabethtown, formerly of Lewes, DE; Hagerstown, MD and Middletown, PA passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at Masonic Village, Elizabethtown. Born in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Lowell C. and Lillian (Neibert) Faith. She was the wife of Harry E. Glosser, Jr., who passed away on July 22, 2002.                       

Bernadine was a member of Christ Reformed Church in Hagerstown. She was the owner of The Sportsman sporting goods store in Union Deposit.  She enjoyed cooking, baking cookies and making chocolate Easter eggs. Bernadine loved running her sports shop, creating floral arrangements and coloring.

Bernadine is survived by three children: Deborah A. Paris and husband Thomas of Owings Mills, MD; Brenda G. Loveless and husband Dennis of Middletown and George E. Glosser and wife Susan of Middletown; five grandchildren, one step grandson, three great grandchildren, a great great granddaughter, two step great grandchildren, and a sister Frances Paris.

In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by two sons: Frank Tresler and Paul Glosser.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Fager-Finkenbinder Funeral Home, 208 North Union Street, Middletown, PA 17057 at 11:30 AM. Viewing will be from 10:30 AM until the time of service. Interment will take place in Middletown Cemetery.
