William Joseph "Bill" Doyle

William Joseph “Bill” Doyle, 95, of Elizabethtown, formerly of Williamstown, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Masonic Village, Elizabethtown. Born December 5, 1921 in Wiconisco, PA, he was the son of the late Gervis F. and Lottie G. (Detrick) Doyle. He was married 61 years to the late Ellen Marie (James) Doyle.
Bill was a US Army veteran of WWII and Korea. He was retired from Kelley Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX, and Olmsted Air Force Base, Middletown, where he worked as a a welder and mechanic. He was a member of Davy Crocket Lodge # 1225, F&AM.
He is survived by a brother Gervis F. Doyle, Jr.
Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
