William Dory Pope

William Dory Pope, 67, of Hershey, passed on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon.  He was born Wednesday, July 16, 1947 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late William T. and Edith Pope.  He was married to Sandra L. (Swank) Pope on September 6, 1968.

In addition to his wife of over 46 years, he will be lovingly missed by a son, Christopher D. Pope and wife, Rebecca, of Elizabethtown; a daughter, Wendy L. Wells and husband Jon, of Connecticut; four grandchildren, Colleen, Jessica, Ayden, Sydney; a sister, Blair Ashby and husband Scott, of Sarasota, Florida as well as his extended family and caring friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 3 PM on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 West Pine Street, Palmyra, PA  17078.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to view at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2 PM until the time of the service.  Private Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
