WILLIAM K. BRINSER, SR.
William K. Brinser, Sr., 71, of Elizabethtown and formerly of Middletown, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014 at home surrounded by his family.
He was born on August 30, 1942 in Middletown to the late King W. & Edith (Marshall) Brinser.
His sister Shirley Yost preceded him in death.
Mr. Brinser was an avid outdoorsman; hunting, fishing, trapping, hiking and was known to hunt for ginseng root.
Surviving are his faithful companion his dog Daisey, three sons William K. Brinser, Jr. and his wife Shirl of Middletown, Barry L. Brinser and his wife Jodi of Middletown, Jess D. Brinser and his wife Heather of Newport, seven grandchildren, Danielle, Carley, Cheyenne, Jessi, Jake, Sierra, McKenna and a great grandson Charlie.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 in the Miller-Sekely Funeral Home & Crematory of Elizabethtown.
Burial will be in Good’s Mennonite Cemetery.
Viewing will be from 1pm until 2pm on Tuesday in the funeral home.
