Virginia "Ginny" Whitsel, 82, of Elizabethtown, passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
She is survived by her sister, Sally Peterson; close friend, Rob Rupert; along with many nieces and nephews. Ginny was preceded in death by her husband, Ken Whitsel.
Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 N. Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022.
