Victor L. Hartman

Victor L. Hartman, 44, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, of natural causes in his home in Elizabethtown. Born Wednesday, July 5, 1978, in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Lester L. and Marlene F. (Derr) Hartman.
Victor was a member of Conoy Brethren In Christ Church, Elizabethtown. He was also an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.
He is survived by a brother, Vernon L. Derr, of Elizabethtown, as well as Victor’s extended family, church family and caring friends.
A Memorial Service will begin promptly at 11 AM on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at Conoy Brethren In Christ Church, 1722 Bainbridge Road, Elizabethtown, with Pastor Nicholas Ressler officiating. Private interment will take place at Camp Hill Cemetery, Mount Joy. Arrangements have been entrusted with the Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022, 717-367-1543.
