Thomas E. Carl

Thomas E. Carl, 50, of Elizabethtown, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday February 9, 2025. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Ronald E. and Barbara Ann (Bachem) Carl.

Tom worked for Heat and Control in Lancaster for 29 years. He loved sports, especially golf, watching the Phillies and Eagles, and Penn State wrestling. He cherished the time he could spend with his children and his friends. Above all, he will be remembered as a lovable man with a heart of gold.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a daughter, Jade, and her mother, Lindsay Sauter of Mount Joy, a son, Ethan Carl, and his mother Nikki Carl of Elizabethtown; brothers, Michael Pletcher of Allentown, and Scott Carl, husband of Lisa, of Woodstock, GA; nephew Tyler Carl of Charlotte, NC, and numerous loving family members.

A time of visitation will be held from 5-7pm on Friday, February 21, 2025, at Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 N. Market St., Elizabethtown PA 17022. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
