Shirley A. McCombs

Shirley A. McCombs, 90, of Elizabethtown, formerly of Harrisburg, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at Masonic Village. Born Tuesday, August 25, 1936 in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late George and Ida E. (Hoeltzel) Lescallette. She was married 59 years to Robert E. McCombs who passed away on September 12, 2017.

Shirley was a graduate of John Harris High School, class of 1954. She retired in 1990 from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Shirley enjoyed line dancing, gardening, Sudoku puzzles, shopping and eating out.

Surviving are two children, Brian L. McCombs and Carol J. Keim, wife of Michael; two grandchildren, David and wife April, and Lisa. Shirley was predeceased by three brothers: Robert, Richard and Charles Lescallette.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM at John S. Sell Memorial Chapel, Masonic Village, Elizabethtown, PA 17022. Viewing will be from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will take place in Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill.
