Shirley Marie (Manuel) Hickey

Shirley M. (Manuel) Hickey, 81, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 25, 2020, at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing, Palmyra. Born Friday, September 2, 1938, in Chillicothe, MO, she was the daughter of the late Frank W. and Vera (Bennette) Thompson. She was married to Floyd Hickey for 20 plus years. Floyd passed on May13th, 1996.
Shirley was a fabulous Food Server for many years. She enjoyed dancing, cooking and playing bingo.
She is survived by three daughters: Annette L. Salle, married to Alan Maxwell, of Mishawaka, Indiana; Jannette M. Kortman, married to Gerald, of Jonestown, PA and Sharrie L. Swesey, married to Mark, of Idaho. Also surviving are two granddaughters, Nicole Klaiber and Natalie Swesey and a great-grandson, Calvin Klaiber.
