Scott Alan Miller, 60, of Grantville passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at home. Born on March 10, 1965 in Lebanon, he was the son of Patricia (Donten) Miller and the late Charles Miller. He was a devoted husband of 34 years to Stephanie (Ingram) Miller.

Scott was a movie buff and enjoyed time outdoors hunting and fishing. He had a passion for ice hockey. You could find Scott on any given weekend at an ice rink, as a player, coach, or proud dad and grandpa. He continued playing men's league games well into his 50s and even played in a few semi-pro games with the York Wild Cats. Scott's friendly and kind nature endeared him to anyone who crossed his path. He could strike up a conversation with a complete stranger, and talk on the phone with family and friends for hours. Scott was always the first person to lend a hand, and shared his friendship generously.

Scott attended Cedar Crest High School class of 1983. He worked as a crane operator with Allan Myers Construction Company. He was also a member of Valley View Gun Club.

In addition to his wife, Scott is survived by his four children: Kasie Gass (Craig), Scott Miller, Kirsten Elliott, and Charles "Chas" Miller; four grandchildren, Chandler Scott Gass, Brayden Scott Miller, Frank William Gass, and Hope Rebecca Miller; and sister, Lisa Schiaffo (Anthony). He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Miller, niece, Tara Lynn Gusti, uncle, George "Cook" Miller, Arthur (Skip) Tilberry, and Lorraine "Rainie" Miller.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 2-4:30 p.m. at Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine Street, Palmyra PA. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
