Sarah “Louise” (Glosser) Adams-Derk

Sarah “Louise” (Glosser) Adams-Derk, 79, of Harrisburg, passed away on September 5, 2015 in Colonial Park Care Center.  She was born February 24, 1936 in Middletown to the late Harry E., Sr. and Sarah Louise (Dick) Glosser.

Louise worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as an administrative professional.  She attended Middletown First Church of God and was an avid reader and animal lover.  Most importantly she was a loving mother, grandmother, and aunt.

She is survived by a daughter, April Karaki; 2 sons, David Adams and Harry Adams and wife Belinda; 3 grandchildren, Faris Karaki, and Joshua and Joseph Adams; and 2 great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her husband, Daniel Derk and a brother, Harry Edward Glosser, Jr..

A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 11th at 1:30 PM at Fager-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 208 N. Union St., Middletown 17057 with Pastor Kim B. Shifler officiating. Family and friends are invited for  visitation from 1 PM until time of the service.
