Sara "Sally" A. Lindsey

Sara “Sally” A. Lindsey, 75, of Bainbridge, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 15, 2026. Born Sunday, January 14, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Harrison and Marguaretta (Mohr) Gingrich.

Sally was a 1968 graduate of Elizabethtown Area High School and earned an associate degree from Goldey-Beacom College in Pike Creek Valley, DE. She was a life-long member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Bainbridge, where she served as church secretary for many years. Sally was an administrative assistant for both Fruehauf Trailor Corp. and Elizabethtown College until her retirement. She also served as judge of elections for Conoy Township, enjoyed gardening and loved her cats.

Surviving is a sister Susan M. Gerber and husband Dave of Elizabethtown, a niece Stacy Swanger and husband Duane of Bainbridge, and a nephew Matt Gerber and wife Emily of Mount Joy, two great nieces, two great nephews and one great great nephew.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM in St Luke’s Lutheran Church, 106 North Second Street, Bainbridge, PA 17502. Viewing will be from 1:00 PM until the time of service. Interment will be private.
