Robert S. Spencer, 73, of Middletown, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 8, 2023. He was born Saturday, March 11, 1950 to the late William S. and Emma Jean (LaRue) Spencer.
Bob enjoyed attending church and playing bingo. More than anything he was a loving brother, uncle, and friend.
He is survived by his sister-in-law: Kay Bell; numerous nieces and nephew; numerous great nieces and nephews; and friends. He is predeceased by his siblings; Ben and Charles Bell, and Nancy (Bell) Underwood and Jane (Bell) Kennedy.
Services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family at Grandview Cemetery, Tyrone, PA.
