Robert Paul Lokey

SERVICES HAVE BEEN RESCHEDULED

Robert P. Lokey, 79, of Mount Joy, formerly of Elizabethtown, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at Hospice and Community Care, Mount Joy. Born in Londonderry Twp., he was the son of the late Floyd Lee and Anna Mary (Good) Lokey. He was the beloved husband of Linda J. (Frey) Lokey of Mount Joy.
Bob formerly worked for Earl L. Lokey Inc. and retired from D.A. Landis Trucking. He was a US Marine Corps veteran and was a member of Post #329, American Legion, Elizabethtown. Bob enjoyed fishing and hunting, and was a member Dela-Ches Fishing Association and Sinnemahonning Sportsman’s Association.
In addition to his wife Linda, he is survived by six children: Kim Moore, California; Steve (Nancy) Lokey, Elizabethtown; Paul (Lisa) Lokey, Elizabethtown; Jeffrey (Terri) Lee, Elizabethtown; W. Scott Lee, Bainbridge and Matt (Brenda) Lee, Elizabethtown; 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren; a brother, Earl (Eleanor) Lokey; and three sisters: Arlene Lokey, Jean (Mick) Styer and Millie (David) Ewing.
Robert was preceded in death by a sister, Edith Funk.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 21, 2014 at Miller-Sekely Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown at 12:00 PM. There will be no viewing. Interment will take place at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
