Robert G. Gaul

Robert G. “Bob” Gaul, 93, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at Masonic Village, Elizabethtown. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Geza and Loretta (Diehl) Gaul. He was widowed by his loving wife, Nancy (Dimenichi) Gaul.

Bob worked as a high school guidance counselor and teacher. Even after retirement, he remained passionate about helping others. He was an avid outdoors man who enjoyed hunting, fishing, going on walks, and always trying to stay active. He also enjoyed baseball, both watching, coaching, and refereeing. He volunteered his time giving tours of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and working in the local tackle shops. In his younger years, he vacationed with his family, making fond memories while traveling the country, camping, and building a cabin on property owned in Bradford County, PA.

He is survived by his four children: Robert G. Gaul, Jr. and wife Barbara, of Avon, NC, Robin Rasco of Glenside, PA, Lori Gaul of Rieglesville, PA, and Celia Turzai and husband Eric of Elizabethtown, PA; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a sister, Marilyn Frederick of Jupiter Beach, FL and a beloved niece and nephew.
