Robert E. Bryden, Jr.

Robert E. Bryden, Jr. 67, of Elizabethtown passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 17, 2024. Born in Riverdale, NY, he was the son of the late Robert E. Bryden, Sr. and Joyce (Berigan) Bryden. He was the loving husband of Linda J. Bryden for 20 years.
Robert was a retired truck driver for Coca-Cola and enjoyed collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia. He was an avid golfer and bowler. Robert enjoyed sports and supporting his favorite teams, the New York Mets and the New York Jets. Above all, Robert, affectionately known as G-Pop, loved his family, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren were his pride and joy.
In addition to his wife, Robert is survived by four children, Debra Evans, Christine Waters, Jacqueline Babb, and Thomas Mongno; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Pete Bryden; and his dog, Buddy. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jim Bryden, along with his parents.
A Christian memorial service will be held Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 11AM at Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 10AM until the time of service. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
