Robert L. Brandt

Robert L. Brandt, 65, of Mount Joy, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2018 at home. Born Friday, October 2, 1953 in Lancaster, he was the son of the late C. Marie (Dohner) Brandt and Robert E. Brandt.
Bob was a 1971 graduate of Elizabethtown Area High School. A truck driver all his life, he was employed by Penske Truck Leasing in Lancaster since 2012.
Bob is survived by a son Ian S. Brandt of Lancaster; a step-son Elton P. Hipple of Dunbar, WV; a sister Teresa M. Mullhausen of Elizabethtown; three brothers: James F. (Marian) Brandt, Bainbridge; Andrew F. (Jo) Brandt, Elizabethtown and Jon D. (Tammy) Brandt, Mount Joy and former wife Cyndy (Hipple) Brandt of Bainbridge. Two nephews: Mason J. (Michelle) Brandt and Hayden D. (Stephanie) Brandt, Mount Joy; three nieces: Miranda K. Brandt, Harrisburg; Gabrielle J. Brandt, Bainbridge and Anne Marie Mullhausen, Elizabethtown.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown at 6:00 PM. There will be no viewing. Visitation with family will be from 5:00 PM until the time of service. Interment will take place at the convenience of the family.
