Richard Eugene Mione

Richard Eugene Mione, 53, of Ephrata formerly of Palmyra, passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2014. He was born Monday, March 27, 1961 in Hershey to the late Eugene R. and Clara A. (Durkin) Mione.
Richard was a cook at several of the area’s local restaurants. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in Italy for a period of time. He was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan and was fond of classic Ford Mustangs.
He is survived by a brother, John E. Mione and wife Angela M of Annville; a sister, Kathy M. Snyder and husband Steven of Cape May, NJ; 2 nephews; many cousins; and his feline companions. A special thanks to Dana, J.D., and Brooke who cared for Richard during his finals days.
