Richard Eugene Fair

Richard Eugene Fair, 46, of Elizabethtown, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 17, 2021, in his home, unexpectedly.
He was the husband of Cherrise (Miller) Fair for 12 years and the son of the late David and Minni (Parks) Fair of Johnstown, PA. He was also predeceased by his godfather, Robert Custer of Ohio. He was the foster son of Gene and Sandy Billetdeaux, of Johnstown, and the foster brother of Joseph Billetdeaux.
He will be missed by all of his family members, friends, and therapy dog, Max. He was unemployed due to health issues.
Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 14, 2021 at 4PM at the Grace & Truth Bible Church, 410 Pleasant View Rd, Hummelstown, PA 17036.
