Paul H. Eshenaur, Jr. passed away on Saturday November 5, 2022 at the age of 95 at the Masonic Village of Elizabethtown.  Born in Mechanicsburg and raised in Wyomissing Hills, he was the son of Paul H. Sr. and Jennie Eshenaur.  After graduating from Wilson High School, he was drafted into the Army, where he served as Battalion Supply Sergeant in the 82nd Chemical Mortar Branch in Muramatsu, Japan.  After an honorable discharge, he attended Albright College on the GI Bill, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.  While at Albright, he met Barbara Ravel, who would become his wife of 60 years.  They raised their family in Lincoln Park and spent their retirement years at the Masonic Village of Elizabethtown.

Paul spent 54 years with the Glen-Gery Brick Corporation, holding multiple management positions until his retirement.  A lifelong Freemason, he was a 70-year member of Chandler Lodge No. 227 in West Reading where he served as Past Master and as Regional Instructor for the School of Instruction.   He was a member of the Valley of Reading – Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite – Northern Masonic Jurisdiction, and a member of the Zembo Shrine in Harrisburg.

He was a member of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Reading, and later of Sell Chapel at the Masonic Village of Elizabethtown.

He was predeceased by his wife Barbara (Ravel) Eshenaur and is survived by his children William (Nancy) Eshenaur of Austin, Texas and Ann (Mark) Spolarich of Phoenix, Arizona.  Arrangements are under the care of Finkenbinder Family Funeral Homes of Elizabethtown www.FinkenbinderFamily.com.  There will be a memorial service and Masonic funeral on Saturday, November 12th at 11:00 am at Sell Chapel, Masonic Village of Elizabethtown, 200 Freemason Dr, Elizabethtown, PA 17022.  There will be a private family burial.
