Paul W. Buck, Jr.

Paul W. Buck Jr , age 84 born June 5, 1929 entered the church triumphant after a brief illness on Wednesday January 8, 2014 at Rheems Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was the husband of the late Sara Mull Buck, and the son of the late Paul Winters Buck and Myra Meashey Landis Buck. He was a graduate of Hershey High School. He served in the army during the Korean conflict from 1951 – 1952 as a MP in Tooley, Greenland. He retired from Hershey Foods in 1994.

He is survived by his daughter Bonnie L, wife of Joel D Balmer of Elizabethtown, PA, Grandson Nathan T. Balmer of Woodridge, Va, Granddaughter Rebekah S. Balmer of Elizabethtown, PA. Brothers Charles R., James R., married to Sandra B., John J. married to Anna W. of Elizabethtown, PA and Sisters Elsie Buck, of Elizabethtown, and Julia Yost married to Jon A. Yost of Hershey, PA. He was preceded in death by a daughter Rebecca, a Sister Katherine married to Carl Summy of Manheim, and a Brother David E married to Audrey W. of Elizabethtown.

Family and friends are invited to visit Friday January 10 from 6 – 8 at Conewago church of the Brethren, Service will be held Saturday January 11 at 11:00. Interment will be at Shenk’s community cemetery.
