Nellie M. (Biestline) Crater

Nellie M. (Biestline) Crater, 83, of Middletown, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab, Harrisburg. She was born on Tuesday, July 2, 1940 to the late Earl and Margaret (Biestline) Whitman. She is predeceased by her loving husband Kenneth L. Crater since December of 2009.
Nellie spent her free time watching Soap Opera’s and scratching lottery tickets. More than anything she enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She is survived by her children: Rodney “Boo” Crater and wife Marie, Rodger Crater, David Crater, William Crater and wife Lisa M. and Lisa Crater and companion Ron; eight grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she is predeceased by two children: Joan and Karen Crater.
Services will be private at the convivence of the family.
