Neda Mae (Davis) Wert

Neda Mae (Davis) Wert, 86, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Masonic Village, Elizabethtown.  Born Monday, March 7, 1932 in Fisherdale, PA, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Resenia (Fetterman) Wert.  She was married to Carl Eugene Wert on April 24, 1954.

In addition to her husband of over 64 years, she is survived by three sons: Daryl A. Wert, husband of Diana, of Wyomissing; Terry C. Wert, husband of Joyce, of Elkhardt, IN and Brian A. Wert, husband of Kathy, of Cresco, PA.  Also surviving are 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a sister, Blanche Smith, of Elizabethtown.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10 AM on Friday, December 28, 2018 at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 398 North Locust Street, Elizabethtown, PA  17022 with Reverend David Woolverton officiating.  A Viewing will be held at the Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA  17022, 717-367-1543 on Thursday from 4-5 PM.  Private burial will take place in Northumberland Memorial Park, Sunbury, PA at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Neda Mae’s memory to Masonic Village Hospice, One Masonic Drive, Elizabethtown, PA  17022 or to St. Paul’s United Methodist Church.
