Nancy L (Shade) Bucher
August 29, 1946 — February 16, 2025
Nancy L. Bucher, 78, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at the Londonderry Village, Palmyra. She was born August 29, 1946 to the late Harold S. and Mary E. (Rupp) Shade. She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Fred E. Bucher.
Nancy was a graduate of John Harris in 1964 and then Central Penn Business College in 1966. In her spare time, she enjoyed being at the beach with her family or bowling. More than anything she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great- grandmother.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Christine Seabrook and husband Matthew and Eric Bucher and wife Jennifer; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and sister, Sue Koch. She is predeceased by a sister, Mary Anne Lutz.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 12PM at the Londonderry Village, DiMatteo Worship Center, 1200 Grubb Rd., Palmyra, PA 17078. A time of visitation will be held from 11AM until the start of the service. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family at Slate Hill Cemetery, Shiremanstown.
