Monica O. (Bila) Maley

Monica Olga (Bila) Maley, 93 was granted her angel wings on December 3, 2016. Her last days were spent peacefully at home surrounded by those who loved her most. She was born June 18, 1923 in Poland. She is predeceased by her husband of 55 years, William John Maley.

Monica was retired from Hershey Foods and was a member of BCTGM Local 464 Chocolate Workers union. She was a faithful member of the Church of the Holy Spirit. She loved spending time gardening, bird watching, and being with her family. She was a great cook and was known for not letting anyone leave her home hungry. Monica was the most loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her twinkly eyes and beautiful smile will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her two daughters, Michelle Bredbenner and husband Nelson Zullinger and Jeannie Maley Dilworth and husband Tommy Dilworth; grandchildren Kammi and Mary Bredbenner, Emily Zullinger Heileman and Kevin Zullinger; and a great-granddaughter, Madelyn Michelle Binkley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews who viewed her as the family matriarch. She leaves behind her special dog friend and companion, Dolly.

A prayer service will be held Monday, December 12, 2016 at noon at Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 25 West Pine Street, Palmyra, PA 17078, with Reverend Job Foote O.S.B. officiating. Family and friends are invited for visitation from 11:30 AM until time of the service. Burial will be at the family's convenience in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
