Michael S. Good, 53 years of age, entered his eternal home Monday March 10, 2014 at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center after complications from cholangiacarcinoma.

He passed peacefully with his loved ones by his side. Wife, Melody Good, children Amanda Smith-Morse married to Paul Smith-Morse, Jordon Good married to Lindsey Good, and Tyler Good married to Maggie Good. He adored his seven grandchildren, Isaac and Cora Morse, Charlotte, Elodie, Hazel and Sevrin Good, and Savanna Good. He was the devoted son of Ruth Good and the late Clair Good. He was sibling to Kathy Becker, Karen Lynch and David Good. He was a loving husband, respected Father and faithful servant of Jesus Christ.

Mike had a passion for life and lived each day to the fullest. He loved traveling. Disney World with the grandchildren, San Francisco area, Hilton Head Island, S.C and Hawaii were among his favorites. He was an avid cyclist, enjoyed long motorcycle rides and gourmet cooking.

He extended a caring, committed attitude at his place of employment, New Penn Trucking, Camp Hill. He had the courage to show others that what you do matters, how you do it matters, and to do whatever it takes to be the best at what you do. He always enjoyed working, no matter what he put his hands to.

Mikes life displayed a message for all of us. At the end of your life, the most important things are your faith, your family and your friends. Life is not always fair or kind, but it is full of God’s beauty, humor, and open to direction. Make sure your direction leads to Christ.

Mike had a tenderness and strong compassion for the children he encountered that suffered from cancer. Therefore, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to The Jeff Musser Foundation, 200 Willow Valley Square, Lancaster, PA 17602. Please note in the memo, In honor of Michael Good.
