Melvin E. Martin

Melvin Eugene Martin 69, of Palmyra went on to see his heavenly father on Friday, December30, 2022. He passed away in his home surrounded by his loving family.

He left behind his loving wife Diane L. Martin (Espenshade) of 48 wonderful years together. They had three daughters Michele L. Martin of Newport and companion Paul Minsker Jr., Amy J. Hoffa (Martin) and husband Michael S. Hoffa of Annville, Sarah J. Martin of Palmyra.

Melvin and Diane had 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He has a surviving brother Wayne L. Martin and wife Pamela Martin of Palmyra. He also has a nephew Bradley Martin and niece Melissa Devitz (Martin). Preceded in his death father Melvin H. Martin Sr. and mother Geraldine R. Martin of Hummelstown.

Melvin retired from Milton Hershey School as a painter of 26 years. He was an avid hunter and loved the outdoors. He enjoyed carpentry, cooking, Eagles football, love of his animals and spending time with his wife at their cabin in Tioga.
