Melvin Jay Kohr

Melvin Jay Kohr, 75, of Lebanon, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 9, 2023 in the MS Hershey Medical Center.  He was born Friday, August 8, 1947 in Lebanon to the late Kermit and Eva Kohr.  He was predeceased in 1991 by his loving wife Shirley (Dilger) Kohr.

He is survived by a son, Michael S. Kohr and wife Tami of Lebanon; a daughter, Stacy Meily of Jonestown; three grandchildren, Matthew Kohr, Jerrod Meily and Kaitlin Meily; four siblings, Fred Kohr, Ed Kohr, Barry Kohr and Shirely Kreider.  He was predeceased by a grandson, Michael N. Kohr; six siblings, Ken Kohr, Eugene Kohr, Larry Kohr, Evelyn Boyer and Barbara Barlett.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, January 13th at 11 AM at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, 103 East Market Street, Jonestown, PA 17038.
