Martha U. (Landis) Davison

Martha U. (Landis) Davison, 87, of Palmyra, passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. She was born Tuesday, April 28, 1925 in South Londonderry Township to the late Robert and Alice (Stoudt) Landis. She was predeceased by her loving husband Arthur D. Davison in 1994.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews and their families. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by several siblings.

Martha worked for Hershey Foods in the boxing department for 38 years and was a member of Lebanon Valley Bible Church. Martha was a philanthropist, donating monthly to many worthy causes.

Family and friends are invited for viewing on Wednesday, January 30th from 7-9 PM at Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 West Pine Street, Palmyra, PA 17078. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 31st at 10 AM at the funeral home with Rev. James J. Ober officiating, with viewing from 9:30 AM until time of the service. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
