Lynn A. Phillippy

Lynn Alan Phillippy, 49, of Campbelltown, passed away on Friday, May 30, 2014. He was born Tuesday, December 29, 1964 in Hershey to Anna May (Shamber) and the late Calvin C. Phillippy.

Lynn worked in production at the H.B. Reese Candy Company. He was an avid bicycle and motorcyclist and a skilled banjo player. Lynn enjoyed hiking and being outdoors in nature. Most importantly he was a loving son, brother, and uncle.

He is survived by 8 siblings, David Phillippy and wife Diana, Dale Phillippy and wife Ronnie, Donna Wolfer, Diane Phillippy-Malone, Cindy Mcguire and husband Don, Lori Yancey and husband Roger, Steven Phillippy, and Greg Phillippy and wife Kim; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, June 5th at 11 AM at Rothermel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078, with Rev. James E. Sherman officiating. Family and friends are invited for viewing on Wednesday, June 4th from 6 to 8 PM, and on Thursday from 10 AM until time of the service. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park, Annville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the Lebanon Gospel Center, 27 N. 10th St., Lebanon 17046.
