Linda L. (Nessinger) Obenstine

Linda L. Obenstine, 62, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at the Hershey Medical Center. She was born Sunday, November 8, 1959 to Pauline (Bechtel) Nessinger and the late John Nessinger. She is survived by her loving husband Robert Obenstine, Jr.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughter: Rebecca Bissonnette and husband Adam; step-children, Robert Obenstine, III and Jennifer Obenstine; granchildren; Mason and Marshall Bissonnette and Joseph; and brother Paul Nessinger. She is predeceased by a brother, Thomas Nessinger.
Linda lived for her grandchildren and family. In her spare time she enjoyed reading and working at the Allegheny Valley School where the residents became like family to her.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 11 AM at the Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 25 W. Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family at a later date.
