Linda D. (Mason) Gates

Linda D. Gates, 69, of Palmyra, passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at the Hershey Medical Center, Hershey. She was born Saturday, April 5, 1952 to the late Owen D. Mason, Sr., and Mary M. (Hancock) Mason.
Linda had a love for animals. More than anything she loved her grandkids, she also loved to sneak them candy every chance she had. Most importantly she was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend.
She is survived by her children: Cynthia Lingham of Greenbelt, MD, David Gates and wife Carol of Suitland, MD, Anthony Gates and wife Roberta of Galesburg, IL, Penny Ferrier and significant other David Parks of Hollywood, MD, and Michael Sears and fiancé Amy Grimes of Palmyra, PA; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 brother; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. She is predeceased by a sister.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
