Linda Deiter Rhen Focht

Linda Deiter Rhen Focht, 75, of East Hanover Township, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 19, 2026, after a brief battle with cancer. She was born October 24, 1950, to the late Eugene and Esther (Sattazahn) Deiter. She was predeceased by her loving husband, since 2019, Darryl E. Focht. She is survived by her loving companion, David Van Kirk. 

“Life Lion Linda” was a dispatcher for almost 25 years with Life Lion Emergency Helicopter, Penn State Hershey and was a dispatched for Lebanon City Police, Derry Township Police, and Lebanon County EMA. She was also an EMT for First Aid and Safety Patrol. In her spare time, she enjoyed animals, nature, crocheting, spending time in the mountains at the cabin, singing at church with the choir or shopping with her best friend, Sharon. More than anything she was a loving companion, mother, grandmother, and friend. 

In addition to David, she is survived by her children, Patrick Rhen, Melanie Roberts and husband Justin, Bradley Rhen and wife Tiffani; and grandchildren, Aubrey Blackwell-Rhen, Morgan Roberts, and Braxtin Rhen. She is predeceased by a grandson, Dylan Holt and brother David Deiter.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday September 26, 2026, at 12 pm at the St. Stephen’s Christian Fellowship Church, 1100 Hunters Chase Ln., Lebanon, PA 17046. A time of visitation will be held from 11 am until the time of the service.
