Lewis R. Redclift

Lewis Ralph Redclift, 70, of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2024, at Lancaster General Hospital. Born on November 24, 1954, in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Ralph and Eileen Redclift.

Lewis is survived by his wife, Cheryl A. Redclift; his three children: Amber L. Miller of Elizabethtown, Jason L. Redclift of Elizabethtown, and Jessica M. Boozer and her husband, Jason Boozer, also of Elizabethtown. He was a proud grandfather to three cherished grandchildren: Jacob, Connor, and Isabelle Miller. He is also survived by his two sisters, Judy English of Elizabethtown and Carol Zeigler of Lancaster.

A 1972 graduate of Elizabethtown Area High School, Lewis spent his career working diligently, retiring from Das Inc. in December 2019. He was an active member of several local organizations close to his heart, including the Elizabethtown Legion Post 329, the Elizabethtown Moose Lodge 596, and the Mount Joy VFW Post 5752.

Lewis had a passion for riding his motorcycle and treasured the time spent with the many friends he made along the way. He was an enthusiastic Pittsburgh Steelers fan, rarely missing a game day. A lifelong animal lover, he especially adored dogs and found immense joy in their companionship.

Lewis will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends and through the many fond memories they shared.

A celebration of life memorial will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024 from 1-5pm at the Elizabethtown American Legion Conewago Post 329, 240 North Hanover Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022.
