Laurel Ann Kulp

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Laurel Ann Kulp on Sunday, September 22, 2024. A beloved sister, devoted wife, loving mother, and a cherished grandmother. She was the heart of our family and brought light to everyone who knew her. She was born October 29, 1956 to the late Ralph and Anna May (Dobson) Trevathan.

Laurel Ann is preceded by her loving husband, since June 23, 2022, Richard Kulp. She is survived by her sons: Joshua Kulp and wife Christa Kulp, and Brandon Kulp and fiancé Heather Watts; grandchildren, Jackson and Ella Kulp and Madison Kulp; and sisters Marilyn Grumbine and Shirley Trevathan.

Laurel was not only a mother but a guiding light for her sons, Brandon and Joshua. She offered them endless love, wisdom, and encouragement, shaping them into the people they are today. Her pride in them was evident in everything she did.

Her role as a grandmother was one of her greatest joys. She adored her grandchildren, Madison, Ella, and Jackson, showering them with love and creating memories they will carry with them always. Her presence in their lives was a gift, and she treasured every moment spent with them.

Laurel had an extraordinary heart, offering kindness, love, and wisdom to all. Her absence leaves the world a lesser place, but her memory will live on in the lives she touched. Her compassion and joy will always be remembered by her family and friends.

Services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
