Keith A. Thomas, 59, of Elizabethtown, passed away Sunday, June 23, 2024. Born in Lancaster, PA, he was the son of the late Richard Thomas, Jr. and Joyce (Lancaster) Thomas. Keith was the loving husband to Brenda L. (Stone) Thomas.
Keith attended Florin Church of the Brethren. He was a member of the Dela-Ches and Milton Grove Sportsman’s Clubs. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping in West Virginia and Sinnemahoning. Keith loved telling stories of his hunting and his time in the military. He played many pranks on others. Some may know him as Stinkbait and others as Big Bird.
In addition to his beloved wife, Keith is survived by his 2 children, Marie Alexis May Stone Thomas Klingseisen (David), and Hunter Allen Thomas; a grandson, Gavin Klingseisen; and 3 siblings, Mary Meredith (Jeffrey), Richard Thomas III (Carole), and Emma Lovanne Smeal
(Kevin). He was preceded in death by his parents, and paternal and maternal grandparents. A public viewing will be held Sunday, June 30, 2024, from 3:00pm-5:00pm at the Florin Church of the Brethren 815 Bruce Ave, Mount Joy, PA 17552. A second viewing time will be held Tuesday, July 2, 2024, from 9:30am-10:30am at the church. A public funeral service will follow viewing on Tuesday. Interment will follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville,PA.
