Kathryn Elizabeth (Hauke) Kreamer, 50, of Annville, passed away following a lengthy illness on Monday, May 11, 2015 at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center. She was born Saturday, December 26, 1964 in Okinawa, Japan to Kay (Swiegert) Hauke Kern and the late John Hauke.
She graduated from Cedar Crest High School, enjoyed riding horses and being outdoors. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by five children, Dustin Wagner, Alexis Hoyer, Desiree Kreamer, Cassandra Norris, and Rachel Kreamer; three grandsons, Sean Norris, Logan Norris, and Nathan Hoyer; step-father, Warren Kern
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
