Katherine "Kathy" Marie Nardini

Katherine Marie “Kathy” Nardini, 70, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 23, 2021, at her home in Palmyra following a lengthy illness.  Born Wednesday, June 27, 1951, in the Bronx, NY, she was the daughter of the late Reno and Catherine (Monturio) Nardini.

Kathy was an avid lover of music, she also loved to cook and feed the ones she loved with delicious Italian meals. Kathy had a lighthearted demeanor and could be often found telling a joke or singing. Kathy also had a fierce protective nature over those she loved. In Kathy's earlier years, she could be found enjoying New York City and all it had to offer.

She is survived by her Life Partner, Karen J. Harlan, and Karen’s children and grandchildren, Aubri, Ryan, Jeremy, Calvin and Ella of Lancaster County.

Kathy is survived by a brother, Raymond Nardini, of Thornwood NY, and nieces and nephews, Anne, Donna, Steven, Philip, and John. She also had two other brothers who predeceased her, Philip Nardini of Scarsdale NY and Richard Nardini of Mahopac NY.

Private service and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements have been entrusted with the Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 North Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA  17022, 717-367-1543.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kathy’s memory to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
