Karin Jean Knell
April 3, 1942 — May 28, 2016
Karin Jean Knell, 74, of Annville, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Hershey Medical Center. Born April 3, 1942 in New Kensington, PA, she was the daughter of the late Edward L. Knell, and Jean (Seibert) Knell Sells and Clarence Sells who raised her.
She worked for Miller Bros. Vending which later became United Servomation and Servomation Canteen (Compass Group), from where she retired.
Karin was a member of Campbelltown Fire Company and the Hershey Historical Society, and was a life member of Palymra Fire Company.
She is survived by a brother Clarence (Ace) Sells of Palmyra; and three sisters: Ruth Bishop of Serverna Park, MD; Pat Sells of Harrisburg; Kathy, wife of Daniel Darkes of Palmyra; one niece and four nephews.
Her hope was to be a good sister and good friend. She will also be lovingly missed by Abner, Cassie and Toby.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2016 from Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home, 25 West Pine Street, Palmyra at 9:30 AM. Viewing will be on Friday at the funeral home from 6:00-8:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will take place in Gravel Hill Cemetery.
