JUDY M. RISSER
Judy M. Risser, 47, of Elizabethtown, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 as a result of a tragic house fire.
She was born on June 16, 1965 in Lancaster, PA and was a graduate Elizabethtown High School.
Judy was a supervisor in the house keeping department of the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, a member of the Bainbridge American Legion Post #197 Ladies Auxiliary, she enjoyed riding her new motorcycle, going to Penn State football games, and spending her free time playing with her granddaughter, Payton.
Surviving are her two sons Michael S. Bathurst of Columbia, Chad A. Burek of Palmyra, her granddaughter Payton E. Bathurst, her father Kenneth Risser of Elizabethtown, her mother Doris J. Anspach of Manheim, her fiancé Kenneth R. Gainer of Elizabethtown, her brother George L. Risser of Bainbridge, her two sisters Missy S. Risser of Elizabethtown, and Tammy M. Risser of Middletown.
A memorial service to honor Judy’s life will be held at 12pm (Noon) on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 in the Miller-Sekely Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. of Elizabethtown, with Rev. Nelson Bechtold officiating.
Visitation will be from 10am until 12pm (Noon) on Tuesday in the funeral home.
