Josephine Alice Bucher

Josephine “Jo” A. Bucher, 87, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 20, 2026 at the Hershey Medical Center, Hershey. She was born October 2, 1938 to the late C. Werner and Florence (Shaak) Klick. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Lynn David Bucher since 2013.

Jo was retired from Hersheypark as a seamstress. She enjoyed playing pinochle and board games. Rooting for her favorite hockey team the Hershey Bears.

She is survived by a daughter Audrey Sanders and husband Brian; 3 grandsons, Ryan and wife Raegan, Matthew and wife Melissa, and Jordan and wife Ashley; 7 great-grandchildren, Scott, Shelby, Savannah, Parker, Norah, Milo and Clara. She was predeceased by a son, Jay Lynn Bucher, daughter, Marie Foreman and brother, Luther Klick.Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to Salem UCC, PO Box 7, 2761 Horseshoe Pike, Campbelltown.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 11 am at Salem United Church of Christ, 2761 Horseshoe Pike, Campbelltown, PA 17010. A time of visitation will be held from 10 am until the start of the service. Burial will follow the service at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to Salem UCC, PO Box 7, 2761 Horseshoe Pike, Campbelltown.
