JOHN W. WAGNER

John W. Wagner, 80, of Lansdale, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2013 in the Lansdale Hospital.

He was born on February 23, 1933 in Sinking Spring, PA to the late Raymond and Catherine (Fox) Wagner.

John was a retired welder having last worked at County Line Quarry.

He was a longtime member of the Church of the Brethren, most recently attending the Hatfield Church of the Brethren.

John was a volunteer at the food pantry of Hatfield Church of the Brethren; he enjoyed gardening as well as making and fixing things.

Surviving are his wife Jean E. (Geyer) Wagner, three sons Jeff A. Wagner and his wife Tracey of York, Jay M. Wagner of Elizabethtown, Joe K. Wagner of Lancaster, two daughters Joyce E. Schwenk and her husband Carl of Lansdale, Janet K. Christophel and her husband Todd of Lititz, his sister Anna Reber of Virginia, his 10 grandchildren Laurel Wagner, Sarah Wagner, Autumn Wagner, Lindsay Wagner, Jonathan Schwenk, Justin Schwenk, Emily Schwenk, Katelyn Schwenk, Josiah Christophel and Andrew Christophel. He was preceded in death by a brother Rufus Wagner.

Funeral services will be held at 12pm (Noon) on Monday, July 29, 2013 at Bossler Mennonite Church, 2021 Bossler Road Elizabethtown, PA. Burial will be in Bossler Mennonite Cemetery.

Viewings will be from 6pm until 8pm on Sunday, July 28, 2013 in the Miller-Sekely Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. of Elizabethtown, and from 11am until 12pm (Noon) on Monday, July 29, 2013 in the church.
